Vergara v. California: The most dangerous lawsuit you probably haven't heard of

This lawsuit attempts to privatize education but taxpayers would still be on the hook for funding.  The same disaster that we continue to see across the nation - selling our collectively owned assets to the lowest bidder and get charged higher prices to access them after they're privately held at the same time our wealth has been extorted.
