Pat Robertson has this one right. There has never been any requirement for any merchant to sell to someone that they don't want to...just like renting an apartment. You can rent to who you feel comfortable with. That said, most companies don't have issues with gay people and therefore they service them without question but others might and it's there right to deny them service in their business. Why would you even want someone to bake you a cake that doesn't want to do it? Do you really think you'd get a quality product?
