Keiser Report: Farce of Scottish Independence (E561)

Part 1 - The Block Chain could be the public ledger of all things if Scotland is smart enough to use it.  Legal system, constitution, payment system, etc could all be on the block chain eliminating these central controls making them distributed and available to anyone who needs them without fraud.

Part 2 - Scotland has the opportunity to be very wealthy due to it's size, legislation and energy as the other contenders for most wealthy countries also have.
